Despite the volcanic eruptions making a mess of things there’s a small group of us (the Mallorca 13) who are making the best of it at the Magento Developers Paradise conference.

I’ve posted the slides from my presentation and Koby (head of the Magento Community) is recording like a madman, so hopefully a video will surface sooner rather than later.

I also showed off Commerce Bug, and am pleased to report that the developers at the conference loved it. I’d be remiss in my shameless self promotion if I didn’t remind you to purchase a copy. It’ll pay for itself in the first week.

All and all it’s been a weird first trip to Europe for me, but more than worth the effort. Volcano permitting, I’m heading back home later this week and should have time for more Magento articles as well as new development on Commerce Bug.
