It’d be great if Magento shipped with a responsive theme — but this is another one of those areas where we can solve our own problems.
Right now Kimberly’s already wrangled the Enterprise Edition templates, but there’s a number of open issues that need to be addressed in Community Edition. This is a great opportunity to get in on a project early, and help shape the future of responsive development on the Magento platform.
